Patient-Specific cranial implants are an ideal treatment option for patients whose part of cranium bone has been resected due to trauma or brain tumor treatment procedure.
Unlike the contouring meshes that will be bended during surgery to reconstruct the injured area, these implants with a completely personalized design will create a perfectly symmetrical contour in skull region and fully match the patient’s anatomy which can then make the registration process faster.

Medical Imaging
CT-Scan and Oral Scan will be used to reconstruct an accurate 3D model of the patient.
Schedule a CT Scan
Our team of clinical engineers will design the prosthesis based on the patient's anatomy
Manufacturing
After receiving surgeon's approval, prosthesis will be 3D printed out of titanium
Surgery
Sterilized prosthesis accompanied by a 3D printed model will be delivered to the surgeon and a representative will be present in the OR upon request

The modular design provides the possibility of an easier registration of the implant in in extensive defect areas with smaller incisions.
Unlike normal screws, which will cause a bump under the skin, using oblique screws, while solving this problem, provides the possibility of using screws with a longer length and better fixation.
Considering weight reduction patterns, not only makes the implant lighter, but also improves fluid exchange.
